Starters

Capesante alla Sambuca

Pan-fried scallops with Sambuca, shallots, garlic and Cream. Finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Antipasto Della Casa

Parma ham, smoked duck, curried salami, Coppa and Mortadela served with Homemade bread.

Insalata d’anatra affumicata

Smoked duck on a bed of portobello mushrooms, flavoured with shallots, thyme and madeira dressing, served with bread.

Gamberoni Diavola

Pan-fried king prawn cooked with garlic, white wine and spicy tomato sauce served on toasted bread.

Trou-normand Palate Cleanser Mango and Blackcurrant Sorbet.

Main Courses

Medaglioni Al Tartufo

Grilled Scottish Fillet Steak cooked with wild mushrooms, truffe, madeira wine and cream sauce.

Whole Lobster Thermidor

Served with a shallot and brandy Bachamel Hollandaise and topped with Cheddar Cheese.

Turbot fish Alla Manuiere

Pan-fried fillet of Turbot fish in white wine, Lemon, capers and parsley sauce. Served on a bed of asparagus.

Costolette D’Agnello

Grilled Marinated Lamb cutlets with rosemary garlic
and thyme. Served with mint sauce.

Dessert

Homemade cheesecake served with raspberries and blackberry coulis. Caramelised pear poached in red wine served with blood orange sorbet. Vanilla panna cotta topped with a mixed berry sauce.
